Flexibility that fits real life
Flexibility at Energy Safe is built into how we work.
Our Enterprise Agreement supports flexible start and finish times, including hybrid working, and options to accrue hours and take time back through agreed arrangements.
To support hybrid work, all employees can access an annual payment to help set up and maintain a safe and comfortable home office. Employees also receive a uniform allowance to support safety, comfort and practicality at work as we as all the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Wellbeing that goes beyond the basics

- primary caregivers: 16 weeks paid leave (with 12+ months service) plus up to 36 weeks unpaid leave
- secondary caregivers: 4 weeks paid leave (with 12+ months service) plus up to 48 weeks unpaid leave
- if a secondary caregiver becomes the primary caregiver within the first 78 weeks, they may access an additional 12 weeks of paid leave and up to 36 weeks of unpaid leave
- superannuation contributions of up to 2 years upon return from primary caregiver parental leave

- community service leave for SES and CFA volunteers
