Energy Safe Victoria’s 2022-2025 Corporate Plan is available to download from our website.
The Corporate Plan is our three year strategy including our strategic priorities, key initiatives, and business plan activities.
This year we have produced two versions of the plan; a version for people who need to look at the high level information, and our usual detailed version.
The plan comes at a pivotal time as we transform the organisation; moving from an out-dated model of working with industry to achieve voluntary compliance, to a more strategic use of our regulatory powers and levers to hold industry to account for their actions.
